Jeffrey Springer

Jeff, originally from Cleveland, Ohio, embraced his faith in 1970 through the Navigators ministry while serving in the US Army. With their ongoing support, he grew in the Lord, receiving coaching and training in disciple-making. After the Army, Jeff enjoyed a 35-year career in the hotel industry, including roles as a successful operator, owner, and president of a hotel management company. Since 1998, he has partnered with pastors and church leaders as part of the Navigators Church Ministries team, focusing on disciple making and building disciple-making cultures. He now resides in Austin, Texas, with his wife, Claudia. They have three children and eight grandchildren.
