It’s always been that way. The gospel of Jesus and His Kingdom advances most powerfully through the example of everyday people living like Jesus wherever they go—no matter what.
Developing and equipping everyday disciplemakers is critical to the mission of NCM. We know disciplemaking can be intimidating. So often people get the idea that you have to be a pastor, seminary graduate, or ministry professional to make disciples.
It’s not true! The movement of The Navigators was started by a blue-collar worker who discipled Navy cadets pre-WWII. Throughout our history, we have equipped people like you to disciple relationally, intentionally, and generationally. As a result, we have developed pass-on-able tools such as The Wheel, The Hand, and The Bridge. Today, our commitment to everyday disciplemakers continues. Through our blog, our publishing arm, and coaching, we offer content to help every disciplemaker take the next step forward.
