But creating a disciplemaking culture isn’t about implementing a program. It’s about shifting mindsets. Through our biblically-grounded and time-tested process, we guide churches on the path to produce spiritual generations of disciples.
As an NCM Staff member, you’ll work alongside local pastors and church leaders, helping them build CORE Teams of disciplemakers who will catalyze a shift in their church’s culture towards disciplemaking…
NCM staff function as local missionaries, and we support them every step of the way. From guidance on fundraising strategies to ongoing mentorship and training, our team is dedicated to helping you succeed in your mission.
